Timing

We begin production 12 hours after receiving your order, after which you will no longer be able to request changes to your design. Production lead times are stated at checkout and are updated periodically based on our current production capacity. All lead times are our best estimate for the time it will take us to produce your order prior to shipping. Please view our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

Custom Graphic/Logo Designs

If you selected a custom graphic/logo, our designers will get to work processing your design if needed to work on our molds, after which they will send you a proof for approval. Note that any time we spend waiting on your feedback will delay your order's production beyond any stated lead times. Most proofs are processed within a couple business days of orders being placed, so if you do not receive anything via email in that timeframe, please check your spam folder. All custom graphic designs will require a proof approval in order to proceed with production. If we do not hear from you within 2 weeks of the initial proof being sent, we will either proceed with your order using the design you submitted (which may be edited) or we will cancel your order if your design is completely unusable as provided. The debossed depth of designs within the mold are available upon customer request.

Custom Monogram/Text Designs

Text or monogram designs will move forward with production without a proof since you are able to see a live preview during ordering. Note that while we may make minor changes to the spacing and orientation of your letters (for example certain longer words may be turned diagonally on the cube), we will not change the order of any letters for you. Therefore, please be mindful that the order of letters you provide, is the order they will appear on the ice. We will not rearrange initials for you.

Mirroring of Design

Finally, please note that while the live preview on our customizer tool shows designs correctly, your mold will have a mirrored version of your design. This is so the design appears correctly on the completed ice cube. You do not need to mirror your design for us as we will do this for you during the production process.
