Refund policy

Any order changes MUST be made within the first 1 hour after placing the order. Note, some exceptions apply. If the request has been made after the first hour has passed, we cannot accommodate a request to update or cancel an order. This includes the "Skip Production Line" fee.

For Logo/Graphic orders, all stated lead times do not begin until the proof image of the design is approved by the customer.

Standard processing - 5-10 business days

Priority processing (Skip Production Line) - 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping is available at checkout. 

 

Refund/Return Policy

Our products are completely custom and made to order. As a result, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders. However, we can accommodate a REPLACEMENT only if one of these conditions is met: 

  • Received damaged items
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing items from your order

Note: An image of the defect must be provided


What does NOT qualify for a return, refund, or exchange?

  • Delayed lead/shipping times
  • Lost in transit or error in delivery by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer 
  • Delivery issues due to an incorrect address submitted by the customer
  • Minimal silicone being present in the molded product 
  • Misuse of ice (melting of the design or breaks in the ice)
  • Appearance of molded product, not mold (fogginess, cracks, blurred design, height of design, etc.)
