I customed ordered a soap mold with my business logo. I reached out to customer service to have them review my logo before purchasing. I wanted to be sure that they would be able to fulfil my request. The customer service team responded very quickly and let me know that they would not be able to create my mold with the exact logo and offered some alterations. I did not like the alteration offered and sent back another proof for them to review. They said they could do that one. I was very happy with their honesty so that I didn't waste my money. I received my custom mold, and it was everything I hoped it would be. I even purchased a couple additional molds from their website that were also very nice. All the molds are very heavy duty. They wash up well. The turnaround from my conversation with customer service to product in hand was about 2 weeks. Would definitely order from them again. The pricing was very reasonable.
