Last Chance for Custom Orders
Hi there - it's Clay, founder of Siligrams, with some tough news.
After over five years of designing and making custom silicone products here in the U.S., Siligrams will be winding down our made-to-order manufacturing operation this spring.
The reality is that operating a highly seasonal, made-to-order manufacturing business has become increasingly difficult in recent years. Despite many attempts to adapt, it has become unsustainable for Siligrams to continue in its current form.
March 1 will be the last day we accept new custom orders. This applies to all custom items, regardless of quantity. Any product in our catalog with "customizable" or "custom" in the title will no longer be available after that date.
We’ve loved making custom pieces for people all over the country and world. It’s been incredibly rewarding work. We're grateful for every order, kind message, and repeat customer over the years. Thank you for supporting a small business that has cared deeply about craftsmanship, creativity, and making things the right way.
If a custom Siligrams piece has been on your list, we’d love to make it for you while we still can. Please order directly through our website by March 1. For larger quantities, please inquire with sales@siligrams.com as soon as possible.
With sincere thanks,
Clay Andrews

FAQ
What counts as a “custom” product?
Any product in our catalog with “custom” or “customizable” in the title. These items will no longer be available after March 1.
Will custom orders placed before March 1 ship on time?
Yes. All custom orders placed by March 1 will be produced and shipped no later than March 15. Please reference the estimated delivery date range provided in checkout.
Will you still sell any products after March 1?
Yes. After March 1, we’ll continue to offer a limited selection of ready-to-ship designs.
What about support for past orders?
Beyond March 15, we will have no ability to support replacements for past custom orders. Please proactively contact team@siligrams.com for help with any issues on custom items. As always, we will do our best to work with you on a fair resolution.
Will custom products ever come back?
We’ll be taking a breather to reflect on how the world has changed, reassess our business model, and explore whether Siligrams custom manufacturing might return in a stronger, more sustainable form down the line. If and when that changes, we’ll let you know.
